The Unforced Rhythms of Grace

For the last 10 years or so, my quest for The Art of Organisation (TAO) has lead me to explore our christian heritage and my most favourite passage so far has got to be...

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” - Matthew 11:28-30

Freely and lightly - contrary to popular religious dogma, this is all about joy, peace and liberty, and I believe that we can apply it to every full and present moment of our precious lives, whether we are working, resting or playing, if we just can take the time to regularly cultivate stillness and mindfully surrender everything to "our creator"! Going for a walk in nature is probably the best way...

... and then watch for the signs and listen to your intuition to know what to do and when to do it! Utter joyful excitement that liberates us from "the grind"!!
